The SEMq-1 geophysical system, developed and patented by G-Strata, is a unique innovation worldwide for the identification, characterization and quantification of groundwater resources, which synthesizes more than 14 years of experience in geophysical exploration carried out by the company. With an accuracy of up to 85% at depths of up to 200 meters, SEMq-1 allows estimating extraction flows without the need for drilling, providing detailed information on the stratigraphy and lithology of the subsoil. This system provides data equivalent to that of an exploratory well, but at a fraction of the cost and without the environmental impacts of drilling, making it easier to explore large areas efficiently and economically.

To date, the technology behind SEMq-1 has been validated in over 200 projects in Chile, contributing to the construction of more than 300 extraction wells, which has been essential for the consolidation of this new system.

SEMq-1 has electrical, magnetic, seismic and soil temperature and humidity sensors, all this to be installed at the point where the prospection is required. In addition to the above, it has a built-in GPS system, which facilitates automatic geolocation at the time of taking data.

SEMq-1 is integrated with the G-Water Link platform, which includes modules that analyze and interpret geophysical data using artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, which have been trained with a large amount of real and verified data, thus leveraging G Strata's more than 14 years of experience in geophysical exploration throughout Chile and abroad. The integration with G Waterlink further improves the results, since this allows to verify in real time information surrounding the place where the measurements have been made, this thanks to its adaptive algorithm, G-Hive, which allows managing and processing large volumes of data from multiple sources: IoT devices, satellite images, GIS systems, etc. information from previous wells and geophysical records.

Together, SEMq-1 and G-WaterLink represent a radical transformation in water resource exploration and management, providing a more efficient, accessible, and sustainable solution for water management. This technological combination enables users to optimize their resources and make informed decisions for responsible and high-impact water management.
